Without a formal, band made video from 5150, its follow up, OU812 would be the first to carry the flag on a Van Hagar video.  To the surprise and dismay of some fans "Black and Blue", a pre-release, would NOT be that song, but rather "When It's Love" became the second release from OU812 and was the first band made video by Van Hagar.
