Byes: None   Here were my 2009 Preseason and Weekly Picks   My 2008 Picks

Never again will I take a hosing like last week.  I know they say "never say never" but my NFL picks last week were strictly an experiment in picking against myself.  I see how that goes.  I will not pick against my Steelers much this year.  I didn't want to last week.  It was all part of a motif that says though I went 6-10 I should have gone 10-6 or better.  Here is how it's going to go, 90 percent or better.  I guarantee these picks are going the way I SHOULD go.

Cleveland is in so much trouble.  Ray Lewis will shred the Browns.  He is after all the toughest, meanest (some say over rated - I say UNDER rated) man in the NFL.  I think he's everything you've heard and more.

The AFC is superior to the NFC.  You better believe the experts making money know it!  There is no way this battle of cats goes to the Panthers.

The AFC is superior, Dallas is not as sound as Houston.  'Sorry to Marc Columbo, Dallas OT who follows me at Twitter.  I hope you get better soon.

I would  love to say 49ers because I think Singletary will succeed but not this day.

The Titans were exposed by the Steelers but the Giants mostly run a 4-3 and this one will be closer albeit another loss for the Titans.

Like I say, I won't be picking against the Steelers much this year.  Their Defense is the best, bar none.  I did not pick preseason picks because I agree with Peter King from SI and it would be the third year in a row I picked 'em.  'Unfair, I'm biased.

The Eagles are the one team from the NFC who will beat a good AFC team on the road.

The Rams are skinned by the end of this one.
